Course Wise Dining
SMALL GROUPS
We specialize in multi-course sit down plated meals for gatherings of up to 15 people. The menu will be crafted based on your needs. It could be a simple 3 course meal or an exquisite 9 course meal, and anything in between. We can create one as traditional or as modern as you would like. We love experimenting with different cuisines, cultures and techniques. Our ingredients are sourced from farms across the state, and are freshly prepared for your event only. The chef will be there at every step of the way to explain each course, with little anecdotes that keep you engaged throughout the meal. To add value to this experience, your food could be paired with some fantastic wines from across the world.
Buffet style dining
MEDIUM TO LARGE GROUPS
We also offer buffets for groups above 15 people and can handle larger groups as well. These buffets would include salads, soups, main course & dessert. Interactive live counters have endless possibilities and we will be glad to assist you with them as well. Every menu we create is customized to your tastes and your event. From passed hors d’oeuvres to decadent desserts, we work with you to create a one-of-a-kind experience in your meal. These buffets can be arranged to suit the space in your own home, garden, verandah or terrace. We also organize buffets for corporate events.

We collaborate with restaurants and hotels to create exciting menus and execute it at their venue. Get Requirements
A meeting will be scheduled at a time convenient to you where Chef Payal will understand the details of the event & the cuisine you are interested in. If you’re unsure of the cuisine, fret not. You will be gladly assisted by the chef.
STEP 3
Review Menu & Pricing
Once an idea is in place, a customized menu is carefully crafted as per your requirements & sent to you for approval along with the pricing.
STEP 4
Event Set Up
On the day of the event, we will setup the dining area and bring our crockery, cutlery & glassware. A small kitchen space will be required for the final reheating & finishing of the dishes before service.
STEP 5
Food Experience
Savour and enjoy the food cooked with a lot of love. Our service staff will assist you throughout the event & clean up after the event is over.
